Prior to joining Empire Pacific in December of 2000, he worked in the Assigned Risk program at a major Workers Compensation insurance carrier and at the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). Doug holds a Bachelors degree in Criminology from Southern Oregon State College.
