Erin Nielsen joined Empire Pacific's claims department in April of
2006. She has over 15 years of insurance experience,
including handling claims from various jurisdictions, underwriting small
business accounts, facilitating return to work, and producing risk management
reports. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics focusing
on statistics and econometrics from Portland State University . She holds
two designations from Insurance Institute of America, an ARM, and AIS.

Rhonda has been a Senior Claims Examiner at Empire Pacific since February 2008. She has over fifteen years of experience as a senior claims examiner, and nearly 25 years of experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry. Prior to joining Empire Pacific, she handled workers’ comp claims for a large regional multi-line TPA.

Tina joined Empire Pacific in August of 2007 as a Claims Examiner. She has over six years of experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry, serving most recently as a time loss adjuster and medical claims processor for another insurance firm. Before honing her career in the insurance field, Tina was a sales and marketing representative for two local electronics manufacturers.

Jason joined Empire Pacific's claims department in March of 2006. Jason has 9 years of insurance claims experience. He has five years of general liability claims handling experience involving bodily injury and auto claims. He has four years of workers compensation adjusting experience. Jason holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Portland State University.

- Medical Only Claims Examiner

Kim has been with Empire Pacific since March 2006 and currently serves as a Medical Only Claims Examiner. She was promoted from Claims Administrative Assistant and earned her Oregon Claims Examiner Certification in June 2007. Kim is responsible for investigating, managing and resolving Oregon Workers’ Comp medical only claims. Prior to joining Empire Pacific, her experience included estimating and data-processing various projects for buildings such as schools and hospitals for a contracting company.
